Steiner is a weak weak lady

Another in my series, though it's my LEAST favorite thus far. Supposed to the be lady-form of Steiner from Final Fantasy IX.

I mean, it's a cute little girl who can't lift a sword, but it does't convey Steiner at ALL. I should have made it a big beefy mama. Oh well. Uploading anyway.
